Jumoke has been married to Emeka for 11 years and, despite having a 10-year-old daughter together, Jumoke hopes to conceive a male child to please Emeka's family. A gang attacks them one night and forces Emeka to decide who would get raped; his wife or daughter. This results in Jumoke getting pregnant thereafter, causing their world to disintegrate altogether.
